"We had maintenance request for AC unit, the management were on it right away. The first person they sent wasn’t able to fix the issue and mentioned, it will take 4 days for him to come back and fix the AC but when I reached back to management (Kristen), she managed to send another AC vendor right away. The second person Kristen sent was awesome and he fixed it on the same day. We were really satisfied with his work and Kristen’s efforts to make it possible.
