"Please don’t move here. Don’t even think about it. If you drive past keep it moving. Apartments full of roaches, driveway bumpy , mold in the windows, neighbors don’t know how to throw their belongings in the dumpster properly. The rent is also too high for the quality of these apartments. Only been here for a few months and not satisfied with anything."

"when first moving here in 2020 the apt complex was nice the leasing agent was sweet and understanding but as time went on nothing was getting fixed anymore . the drive way entrance , the sewage , the bugs , the mold . This apartment complex just went down the drain . It’s very hard to get a hold of the leasing agent now . The yard doesn’t look the same as it did ."

"I don't even know where to start with this property. I have so much to say and not enough space to say it. I rented a 3bdr unit from them in 2018. The property manger and her employees were so friendly and helpful in the beginning, but as time went by their true colors began to show. I experienced sewage backup in my home multiple times and when I complained about it, absolutely nothing was done. It took for me to call code enforcement for them to actually take care of that situation. To be honest this apartment complex is the absolute worst by far. If you don't mind being ignored, living with roaches, being blamed for THEIR mishaps, and so much more by all means.... move there."

"A year ago it was a good complex. The last 6 months the very rowdy tenants they have rented to party very loud from early and appear to be selling dope and playing trap music outside very loud and extremely disrespectfully in the a.m til 2 or 3 am..every day and every night to the point others can't hear their own tvs..riding dirt bikes thru the breezway. Leavin liquor bottles and drug baggies laying around and tons more trash. And since the atleast 10 people plus 4 children that live in an apt in particular, 2 tenants have moved...about to be 3 out of one building alone. Also since then, any packages left at the door are stolen. Atleast 6 and the management will not address ANY of these complaits. The office used to have packages left there to avoid pa kages being stolen but...without notifying tenants...they stopped and the thieving started instantly. And about 9 months ago my upstairs tenant flooded their apt without their knowledge and in turn flooded mine and maintenance had to put holes in my ceiling to drain so it wouldnt spread any more thru my apt but now the ceilings are sagging and with holes and nobody has ever returned to see about fixing the damage...and there was alot to my apt including walls . I only gave one star bc I had to rate atleast that. This place is horrible. Highly do NOT recommend moving in here."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They were so talkative and very interested in renting to me. Once I submitted the application ALL communication stopped. They took my application fee and kept it moving. Their website ALWAYS say they have lots of units available but they are a scam. I have reached out to them to return my application fee to me be sure they NEVER processed my application. I put an application in at one of their sister sites a d they, too, did the EXACT same thing. I filed a complaint with the BBB and still have heard nothing from anyone there or Corporate. This is not how you do business. I'm so happy I did not rent through them because what a nightmare it would have been for them to be my landlord. Please stay FARRRRR away from these scam artists. I see I'm not the first person to have this issue looking at the reviews with the same issue on here."
