"Stayed at this location about 2 years ago and had no issues. Came back this weekend and checked into our room. We found fried chicken pieces next to the beds and dirt and other food throughout the room. Opened up the pullout couch and the mattress was full of food also. Behind the couch was also full of food and trash. Asked for another room that was clean as we were tired from traveling. I went through 5 more rooms and they were either dirty or the pullout couches were filthy and trash was in them and broken. The metal on the couches were broken and had sharp edges on multiple couches. As we were waiting another customer came up to complain about free standing water in their room. We were lucky to find another room elsewhere on such short notice."

"The floors were so slippery that I wouldn't allow my son to take off his socks and walk around the room. TV was broke. Remote didn't work. Volume didn't work. Shower was broke. Overall disgusting. We'll never be back again. The staff wasn't bad but the room was in horrid conditions"

"This hotel is being renovated. I love the idea of flooring and not carpet in the room. The changes so far are good. The staff was okay."

"Stayed here a week ago, find somewhere else if you can because for what we saw, it wasn’t worth what was charged. The staff we pretty nice, the place was quiet and individual rooms were clean though our neighboring guests showed us how filthy their room was when they checked in. Also, there were no vending or ice machines and working launderette on 3rd floor. If you wanted ice, you had to get it from front desk. They literally did not have enough clean towels for guests, the carpet was sticky and filthy, the lock to one of our rooms did not work and the continental breakfast was awful. Also the hallways wreaked of weed. I wouldn’t be surprised if night workers and street pharmacists are frequent visitors."

"Not sure if it's being remodeled or not, but there's either barren spots for absent vending machines or empty machines. The ice machine appears to be broken and the elevator is a bit iffy. However, the staff is wonderful and the place is well kept. The rooms are nice and they'll even let you check in hours early if the room has been cleaned. Came here fleeing Idalia and it's been a nice enough stay."
