"Bathroom needs to be painted. After room service my toothbrush was missing. Checked in online and my room wasn't ready. Went to front desk and gentleman told me I hadn't checked in and that I didn't have a room. I asked to check in and was given a room but couldn't use the Hilton app because it was linked to the wrong room. I could open the wrong door!! Security issue!"

"The front desk was extremely friendly and the check-in/out process was a breeze. They were always kind and greeted you coming and going. They helped me get the lobby TV on to the National College Championship game so that I could watch it down there. The lobby was always clean, it always smelled fresh and the entire staff, including the cleaning staff are friendly. When I need to return to Albany for work, I will choose to stay here again."

"Location is somewhat confusing to access. Rooms and hotel itself are all around totally outdated and run down. My A/C unit sounded like a lawnmower and barley kept the room cool. The humidity level in my room was unbelievably high. Everything felt damp. I also got a nasty spider spider bite during the night on my ear that has since swelled up and caused an abscess.I’m surprised the Hilton brand will put their name on a hotel like this. Unfortunately this seems to be a common trend for hotels in the entire state of Georgia."

Hampton Inn's commitment to cleanliness, coupled with a warm and efficient atmosphere, made for a delightful experience. Great location, plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
