"Literally can’t be left only to sleep because I work night shift and I got these hotel maids banging on my door. Once you don’t answer the door, they would like to call from the office and blow you up until you wake up just to ask room service. If I want room service I’ll ask you and let you guys know. Ridiculous smh."

"Excellent Hotel.. quiet at night..mostly traveling workers here. Never loud music or sounds.. perfect rest ! You guys are a rare jem in hotels for workers. Keep up the good work !!!!! Attitude reflex Leadership..staff are some of the nicest people. Whoever is the Manger here he or she is doing an Excellent job !"

"The service here is pure hell, as we spent more than half an hour waiting for the guy at the desk to help TWO people! This is the worst customer service we have ever encountered. The hotel looks shady too, so do the surroundings, and the city overall is spooky. Don’t stay in this location, unless you enjoy waiting in your car for half an hour to get a reserved room. The rooms are okay, but very humid. The beds too. The hinges on the bathroom doors are rusty and the room itself is tiny."

"I wish I could remember the woman at the front desks name! After a 5 hour drive to Albany Georgia my fiancé and I were exhausted. She was so sweet and gave us some advice on the best places to eat in town! We travel a lot to different places, this was our first time here. Hands down the BEST customer service we’ve had. Aside from her the hotel was peaceful, nice, and clean! If we ever are back in town this will definitely be our spot."

"This is a decent enough budget hotel however it's nothing to really write home about. The staff was friendly enough and it was a lot cheaper than a lot of the other hotels in the area. The bathroom was a little gross- there was black hair on the shower wall (I'm a redhead) and mildew around the circles of the tub. The deadbolt didn't work on my door but the chain was there so this wasn't too bad of an issue. The beds were not the most comfortable but it was somewhere to sleep. Nice location near many restaurants. I loved that they were pet friendly for 15+tax per pet per night, thought I wish there would have just been a set fee"
