"I have lived here for almost three years. When I first lived here I enjoyed it but over the years it went down a little. Jasmine is wonderful and the most caring and thoughtful manager. However, the leasing agents that work in the front office are only there to answer questions about leasing. They are no help when it comes to needing to speak with a manager, knowing basic information, and answering the phone in general. One of the workers at the front refused to let me speak to Jasmine when I knew Jasmine would know the answer to my questions. She told me Jasmine was not in office but yet after every question I asked, she would ask Jasmine in the background. She was a rude and inconsiderate of my needs. When it came to move out time I did not feel I was communicated with properly. Like I said, Jasmine is a great manager and always handles my issues and concerns when I get a hold of her. Along side of the employees, every now and then I would have issues with silverfish in the bathtub and wasps in the stairways. I also had mold beginning to grow out of the air vents on the ceilings. Maintenance was extremely helpful and timely when my AC went out. They always fix things right when you need it which is great. This a good place to live but not the best."

"The maintenance and office are helpful as usual from my experience except the mandatory valet trash service… on contract it is supposed to come Sunday through Thursday, but since last Dec, seems they won’t come on Thursdays. This month even Sunday they may also not come. I understand the weather, holidays and the work is taxing but every residents pay $25/mo for the service, so please make sure to help us on time:)"

"Move in was pretty smooth after the application process was stalled by staff who did not return calls. Dryer does not start. Lots of dust and lint on door and window frames. No idea how the mail system works as the mail boxes numbers do in it correspond with unit numbers or mail box key numbers. Quiet place, plenty of parking."

"I have lived at Apalachee Point for almost a year now and I have to say as a someone who has only ever rented apartments this management team is the best I have ever dealt with. The location is great, nearby to all the shops you could ever need but far enough off the main road that noise pollution is a minimum. The scenery is beautiful, natural woods surrounds the complex making walking the dog relaxing. Management and maintenance services are the best at responding to any problems or concerns that you may have. Jasmine is super friendly and always is willing to help. On the plus side alot of the neighbors are all super friendly and respectful of each other."

"Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! You really do get a great bang for your buck. The bedrooms are huge! There are plenty of closets and cabinets. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, as well as maintenance. We really enjoyed the setting/location of this apartment. There are a lot of woods and it’s very quiet. There was always plenty of parking too! My full-size truck even fit in the garage with room to spare! The only reason we didn’t renew is because we bought a house, otherwise we would still be there today.
