"They constantly go under new management without letting tenants know ahead of time I’ve been living here since 2021 and this place has been under new management at least 8 times maybe, I have things in my apartment that hasn’t been fixed in years yet they wanna to keep increasing the rent, I was also told they were no longer income based which I never felt like I was paying income based prices since being here I’ve always paid full rent regardless however it’s very inconsiderate to other tenants to drop a bomb like that without giving a heads up this place is very unprofessional it doesn’t matter how many times it goes under new management it’s the same things year after year"

"2024 maybe the year for y’all someone came on time I been here for 2 years now My kitchen sink pipe bus water went everywhere all over the floor he came over not the big man the New guy he slim. I am kind of bad with names, but he knows who he is. He got right to it, and he finished in a day and it did not take him an hour I have a list from December 6, 2022 Things that need to be done in the apartment Like I said, this may be the year for them 2024 Y’all keep up the good work And maybe y’all can get those work order s Knock down The stars is for him coming on time and he did not have an attitude he got scraped to it. "New company Broad Managment Group has been working really hard to change things around and these changes are noticeable! I'm happy that they are fixing up and uplifting the neighborhood little by little. These changes are definitely changing the energy around here for the better! The new staff is professional, attentive and friendly. It's well lit up at night, so no more walking in pitch black and it just feels more safe."
