"I was a bit disappointed, after multiple emails and messages, I got someone on the phone to tell me that the apartments that were posted weren’t available. So, what’s the purpose of posting them."

"The best apartment complex I’ve ever had! The property is not the newest but everything is decent and clean. Love the kitchen bar, big bathroom mirror and walk-in closet. The complex is well maintained as well!!! Residents here are friendly and respectful, barely hear loud noise. It’s close to groceries and some awesome restaurant, and not far away from school. Besides that, the management is A+! They are so personal and they reply so fast and take care of my problem within a day. One time my necklace fell into the sink, I emailed in the morning and went to work. They replied an hour later. I came back from work at night and saw my necklace on the table!! Apparently someone came in and disassembled the tubes, got my necklace and cleaned up. There were no mess at all and even my necklace was cleaned! They also left a note of service marking who came in at what time did what, I feel so safe and respected. There are a lot of examples like that. Their payment system is awesome as well. A reminder will send out several days before due and the online payment system is so easy to use. Never spent more than 2 mins to pay rent. Sometimes I remember rent wrong, over paid a little bit and the staff always reach out to let me know. Thank you so much for all your help Maria and Jennifer!! Updates: we can text the manger now. It’s even more convenient."

"Stayed at the Oriole Court location for two years. Great, quiet location close to everything and terrific customer service. Jennifer was always easy to get hold and always informed us of any service being performed to/or around our apartment. Would recommend."
