"Hands down the best place to live in Tallahassee! Although I can say I waited several months to get off the waiting list, any issue I have is resolved in less than 24 hours. The staff is incredibly responsive, helpful and personable. And the collective neighborhood has one of the most generous feeling environments I've ever lived in. A recent bonus is the cutest gift that was left at my door knob when I returned home from work (see picture). So incredibly happy and proud to live here!"

"I've loved my experience with the property management and apartment condition here so far. I'll update as I go, but I've lived here for around 5 months so far and they've been nothing but courteous and prompt with any issues. I love their monthly events, the pool is lovely, and the dog park is a great size. The office is conveniently open after 5 which I also hugely appreciate. The main negative thing I'll say, which isn't reflective of the complex so much as the area, is that it is very woodsy. Some parts of the complex are next to retention ponds and creeks so you deal with insects, frogs, the like. We don't really have issues with anything inside of our apartment, but I've lost track of how many spider webs I've walked through. This makes me wish that all of the porches were screened in, because mine is right over a pond area and I can't really enjoy it with how gross it gets out there. The floor plans also vary with each unit, and I happened to get more carpet than I would have liked. Overall, I'm happy with my renting experience here. I'm just not outdoorsy enough for some parts of it lol."

"I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Azalea Place. The entire staff is extremely friendly, caring and helpful, and they'll always say hello when you run into them. The service they provide is always timely and top notch. As an example, I once told them about a small maintenance issue on my way to work and by the time I got home everything was completely taken care of. The grounds are well-maintained so the complex always looks great when you drive in. When I moved out of Tallahassee one of the things I knew I would miss the most was living at azalea place because it's basically impossible to beat. Keep up the great work guys!"

"We moved here 5 months ago, so far we have had a very good experience. The staff are very nice and everything around is taken good care of. The maintenance is amazing, any request is done within 24 hours. Our neighbors are quiet and very friendly. There is also a nice gym and a pool in the complex, and considering the small community we have here is quite enough. The apartments are spacious and clean and because there are no apartments with more than two bedrooms there are no noisy college students here. I highly recommend this property (If you can find a vacancy!)"
