"My wife and I have been calling and emailing monthly about this property roofing and our ceiling. They only care about the money. We pay before time every month and every time we talk about the roof “We will send someone out!” Or “We thought we already sent someone out to check on this.” Our toilets are not up to date. One of our toilet has a hard water stain that my wife has tried to get out since we’ve been here.” Every time we call someone’s working on it. But we’ve yet to see the problem being fixed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone renting/leasing from them. Just ridiculous!"
"Whatever you do, stay aways from this company. This company is a slumlord that refuse to be responsible for anything. They should be closed down but unfortunately, people like them continue to prey on vulnerable people. We will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB on their landlord practices as well as file a claim for damage. Its time for people to fight and get rid of these types of companies. If your trying to rent 114 Hunter Dr, Albany GA, please stay away. There are damages to the house cause by critters and mold but the landlord fail to repair. Thats why my daughter had to move out FAST! The rent was $525 now they want to charge $725 and there is no washer/dryer hook-up. Their only focus is money not taking care of the tenants. SO BEWARE, RENTING FROM DOLEE WITH CAUSE DANGER TO YOUR HEALTH AND LIVELIHOOD. You can have mold or any other health hazards in a house and still no response from the maintenance repair. They never answer email, phone calls or any other form of communication. Instead, they play dumb and act like nothing exists. According to GA Policies, a tenant has a right to withhold rent for using own money to repair or replace things the landlord fail to complete. When given these policies. their ignored. Why? Its the way people are in this day and age. No regard for anything but money. I want to give a zero rating but the lowest is 1 star."
"Dolee Rentals is a good place to rent property from...I'ma keep it 100 pay your bills on time cause they don't mind putting your belongings on the side of the road! If you move out clean your place out completely but far as repairs and any complaints they do an excellent job in responding to your request! I recommend they company to anyone!"
"Yesterday, I went in with a folder of paperwork showing reasons why I was asking to break my lease. I was relaying the information to ladies at the front desk. One of them walked to the office where who I can only assume belonged to the Leasing Manager (a male) and another employee (female) who were YELLING so loudly in their offices about my request to break the lease, I heard it at the front counter. The (presumed) Leasing Manager clearly yelled, “She’s not getting out of that lease. One of my family members owns that property.” The female employee that he was yelling this to was heard yelling back saying, “Well, you go out there and tell her that then.” She then starts yelling to the Front Desk clerk saying, “ She can’t break the lease. We already have too many people in and out of properties already.” I did not even get a chance to speak with them about; -My reasons to believe there is serious mold in the home; bedrooms, dining room, living room (I’ve asked about this previously and I have an email where they told me to clean it.) Mold even grew onto a high heel I had laying on my bedroom floor! --No official walk-through inspection was done. Therefore, there is no inspection checklist in my tenant file. (I’ve been asking for it since January and have repeatedly gotten the runaround.) -Neighborhood criminal activity reasons (I just received my Open Records requests of two calls I made within just the last month for reports of gunshots my area.) -A break in to my vehicle that happened earlier this week (I picked up the police report for this yesterday.) After I walked out of the building, I called the women at the front desk to inform them that I was using a recording device throughout the whole fiasco. Shortly after that phone call, a technician called asking for permission to enter my home to fix the floor in the kitchen was sunken and caving in from a refrigerator pipe bursting due to incorrect their faulty wiring during replacement of the kitchen flooring a few days prior to move-in in January I started off the whole conversation with the ladies at the front desk by asking who I'd have to beg to break this lease. I offered my full security deposit to the company. On top of that, I was willing to move into another one of their properties on a better side of town that was newer than the current one. This information, my 911 calls report, and my police report was only heard by the women at the front desk. This fell on deaf ears everywhere else in the office and I was given the worst customer service I've ever received in my life by someone yelling at the top of their lungs about me. This is the third property I've rented from them, but I've never had any issues until now."
"I was employed with this company for three years, as well as rented an apt from them during the same time frame. I moved out of my apt as well as resigned from my position also around the same time frame. During my time employed w/ the company, Mrs Mills took my rent out of my paychecks, each pay period. A short while after I moved out, I received a letter from Dolee Rentals saying I owed them money for repairs, of which I am not aware of. I have pictures of the inside of said property after I moved out... showing I had cleaned, etc prior to turning in my key. A while later, I find out this amount has been put on my credit. I have disputed it, now 3 times, with no luck of it being removed. There is no reason to have this bill on my credit, as I did not own this company any money and my apt was clean when I moved out."
