"We have been tenants for 7 yrs at Friar Tuck Apts. Wendy and Gary are always on top of any issue that is brought to their attention and resolve it quickly. The apartments are spacious, well taken care of, and bug free. Glass top stove is great. Love the walk-in closets. Kitchenette is very functional and well laid out. Close to Lee County. Near the mall and numerous restaurants, walmart, sams club, and target etc...all this is within 5 minutes. 10-15 minutes to Darton College or ASU. Fairly quiet even with college students."
