"Seem quiet I don’t know tho actually don’t have a place here"

"It’s been 6 years, but since I still think about how ugly I was treated by the property manager as I was trying to check on things to make sure they were in order, I strongly believe I need to put other future residence on notice, just so they can think twice about seeking residency at Westover Place Apartments. I believe the property manager’s name was Catherine. My purpose of seeking to reside at the apartment complex was due to the fact I wanted my monthly payments to be much lower than what I was actually paying at my previous apartment, Ashley Riverside. One week after I submitted my application and documents to the Catherine, I called her once to check on the status of everything. What she said to me will make you change your mind about seeking to live here. She told me to stop calling her 100 times. I was just calling to check on the status of my application, Duh Catherine not to hold a conversation with you! When she said that, I simply hung up the phone and changed my mind about living at the apartment complex. Two weeks after she told me not to call her again, she called me and wondered when I would be moving in the selected 2 bedroom apartment unit I have chosen. My quote was "Ma'am, since I sensed a nasty attitude with you, I will not be moving in the complex." I am so glad I did not move into the 2 bedroom apartment unit because my life would have been a living hell. Although Catherine mentioned to me and my mother that she was having a bad day that day she made that ridiculous comment to me, that still does not give her the right to express her arrogant and hideous attitude with others who are seeking to pay their hard earned money every month just to feel like they are at home. I wish I reported her when she made that awful comment to me because you don’t dare say that to future tenants. So to future applicants who are seeking residency at these apartments, you may want to rethink your decisions and look somewhere else where you will be treated with dignity and respect and not less than a tenant. You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please no replies to my comment because I have a right to my own opinion. It’s better to let out than to continue to hold in."

"I feel this company is a scam and They take advantage of applicants by taking money for application fees knowing who will qualify and not qualify for apartments. Im new to the area and 35 weeks pregnant. Me and my bf went to apply for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment a week and a half ago in good faith. We where told about the credit check and background check also the application fee per person. We where assisted to filling out the application step by step by the manager. We paid the fee and was approved with out any problem. Not once did the manager mention an income limit of $26,000 yearly to us. The manager clearly seen the amount we put down on our applications and knew that me and my bf was above the income limit. Not once did she stop up and let us know that we where above the income limit or that it even existed. She let us continue through application process and collected our money. Fast forward one week and we are still waiting our application was declined due to our income. The manager clearly knowing we are new in town and desperately seeking an apartment lead us on into believing we had a chance wasting our precious time and money. I’m was and still am currently renting a uhaul truck with all our belongings still in it with and an increasing bill. Had I know about the income limit I would have just continued my apartment search instead of waiting and being declined. I feel like we where robbed for our time and application fee. We where taken advantage of by careless and heartless staff. I’m still waiting for a call from management as I was redirected by a new manager lady who was there today and told to wait for a call instead of being provided with a corporate number as I requested."
