"The landlord were very rude .I reported an emergency about water coming through my floor, dishwasher that want drain, pipe bust outside were the sewage and tissue floating out with flies and mildew on walls and she said it wasn't an emergency"

"These newly renovated apartments are top notch. They aren’t expensive. The new owners are professional, courteous and attentive. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Near the bus line and not too far from the colleges. They have a great dog park for my lil’ Romeo. I’m very pleased with these apartments. I’m happy I decided to stay here."
