Bristol Park Apartments

"When I first moved here, Melissa, the property manager was on point with managing the property and really taking care of the residents. Now, this place is awful and the apartments are so outdated! The gate is always broken causing the residents’ vehicles to be vulnerable! The property courtesy officer is far from being courteous annd is more concerned about breaking up a kids party and guarding a pool then he is of securing the property grounds, I can’t even remember when the last time breezeways were power washed! There are spider webs all over! Kitchen cabinets look like they have 20 coats of paint on them and when I ansked if these cabinets could be switched out they had the audacity to say they were going to begin changing them starting with new leases instead of taking care of residents who pay their rent faithfully and the bug problem is disgusting!! I cannot wait to get the heck up of here!!"

"I have been here for 7 mths and my deck is still rotten and I am unable to use it. Also, ac keeps breaking. The sauna hasn't been fixed since I've been here. The tennis court is not kept up with and net is broken. Owners ignore fixing things. Def not worth what I'm paying to rent it. Update, one year later deck still rotten and the rails are about to fall off."

"Massive roach infestation. I had a newborn baby and our apartment was unlivable. I complained to management many times and nothing was done. I had pest control come out many times and still nothing changed. Eventually I had to break my lease and move out. Absolutely not worth the price to live with roaches."

"Apartments heavily aged without any updates. Poor management, (except Brittany - unfortunately she’s not in charge). We moved out 3 months before our lease ended, and I wanted to turn the electricity off. I was told by staff the power is never to be disconnected, it had to be left on in my name until they transferred it back to them at the end of my lease. So I expected them to transfer it in their name at the end of my lease. I just received a bill for a month after my lease ended. Upon speaking with management, I was told I would be reimbursed (the absolute right thing to do since the apartment was no longer my responsibility - it was theirs - for the duration of this bill). However I then received this gem (photo attached). Save yourself the headache of crooked management."

"This is my 2nd time living out here and I must say I love it. I don't have a roach issue and I pray I never do. When I first moved back the only issue I had was my neighbors not keeping their dogs leashed but other than that it's quiet and safe thus far. Paige went over and beyond, she was awesome. I am still getting to know Alyssa; however she does answer the phone, she returns calls and emails, and she sends maintenance right away. So far she is professional and overall I am grateful and satisfied."
