"Very unprofessional, staff is never on site. They never answer the phones or keep up with the apartments. Called to ask about a maintenance request that ive been asking about for a month and half and the phone was hung up in my face! Was also told that i should just have my husband come up if i wanted to talk about it, even though the apartment is IN MY NAME !! 0/10 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"

"This is by far the worst apartment i lived in. Upon moving in the carpet was not cleaned. 1 week later had to get my toilet replaced. It was like pulling teeth to get them to fix anything. I was lied to by the property manager at that time about the pool that still isn’t working. I moved in Sept 2020 and has had to go 3 months without air in my apartment. My apartment flooded from the water that was leaking from my air unit. The place was full of mold and electrical problems that were never fixed. Once the new property owners took over they wanted to put everyone out because no one wanted to pay rent for molded and roach infested apartments. Looking to start a civil suit with others that live there who has had the same problems as myself. My child passed away in the apartment i lived in and it was indeed hot in my apartment because of no air. I also went 2 months with no heat with my son and i living there. They do not care for their tenants and the office manager is completely rude there. Spend your money somewhere else please. I can breathe so much better now that i am no longer in that apartment. The mold will have you sick. I also have a 1500 hospital bill they did nothing about from the ceiling falling in my daughter eye. The water was cut off twice to the apartments without a 24 hour notice and that’s actually the law. They give you no notice about it. There are plenty other people that agree with me that these apartments are not what they are worth. The pool has not worked since 2015. And you can’t workout cause they equipment outdated. No play ground for kids either"

"My son lives there. It's in a good location and it's a safe neighborhood. Office really keeps the troublemakers and slobs away."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!The staff is very unprofessional and the maintenance man does not complete work orders!The grounds are not maintained (cigarettes,beer bottles ,food,dog poop everywhere).There are Giant flying roaches as well as poorly patched up water damaged areas!Go somewhere else do not spend your hard earned money here it is definitely not worth it!"
