"3 months after moving out no response from staff since I asked for my security deposit back. They’ll over charge you for it and make you take them to court to get it back and not respond to your messages. Apartment is constantly fallen apart luckily they had maintenance to come fix their problems"

"If you’re thinking about moving here .. DONT! Worst apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in! Maintenance never comes .. if they do it’s about almost a month before they show up. I’ve had problems with this apartment since I moved here in Feb! I’ve had air conditioning problems twice and it took them forever to get it fixed. I’m still waiting on someone from the emergency number to call me back as I’m writing this review about my air cooling my place down. I am definitely planning on breaking my lease because this is by far the worst place I’ve stayed! I’ve had electric problems where the receptionist claim she told them to come out and I was out of washing for almost a month before someone came out to fix my plug. These apartments are over priced especially for the weak customer service they provide. I should’ve read the reviews good before I hurried up and move because this place is 0/10!!!!!"

"Galleria is so desperate for a dollar they are willing to forgo quality living to fill a vacant spot. I have seen tenants come and go days between one another they do not give themselves time to adequately repair a space or issues before renting again. The ink on the move out papers aren’t dry before someone is backing a uhaul in to occupy the space! Lived here for two years and the experience was below average. I should have known things would be bad when I received a call ON MOVE IN DAY advising we could not move in until they quickly replace the carpet. Upon moving in the carpet was new but poorly installed, two years later I moved out and was advised I had to pay for the replacement of this horribly installed carpeting which to my knowledge carpets are normal wear and tear. The issues does not end with the carpets or cheap sick on “wood flooring” the amenities are mediocre. The pool was filthy or closed the entire season, visibly filthy! The lights in the stairwell were damaged and reported to no avail, dog fesses every step of the way and please do not take your small children to their playground, the slide sits at least 8 inches from the ground causing a sever injury to my small child. I have emailed and called the office multiple times to discuss the “move out fees” and no one answers or responds. If you all are this desperate for another months rent just say that. Do yourself a favor and stay away because I can go ON AND ON"
