I always drive by The Heights at Shadowood and decided to take a tour since it neighbors my current apartment complex. Carson gave me a tour of the property and a few units I was interested in. She was well informed of the property, and her personality is sweet, caring, and personable! The entire leasing staff is helpful and kind, and that was my main priority touring apartments in the area. Unfortunately, someone applied for the unit I was interested in. Both Chelsea and Carson were able to help me resolve the issue, and I greatly appreciate that more than they know! The community is beautiful, and I love the location. I am excited to become a resident here at The Heights at Shadowood! :)"
