We are very pleased with our choice to move to Ayla. The location is everything and the amenities are a BIG plus! The entire staff is friendly. Maintenance is very prompt in their responses and resolving whatever your issues may be. We’ve only been here a month and We are super satisfied with our decision to move to the best apartment complex in Atlanta."

"Pretty awful experience. Have lived here for over a year and continue to be let down and misinformed by the office staff. They’re extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The location is great but can be inconvenient getting in and out of the deck - the gate is also often broken. Even for the location rent is overpriced for the outdated unit you’d be getting. I’ve had countless maintenance issues because the unit is falling apart. George with the maintenance team is at least great! There are so many properties in this area - that are either truly luxury or better priced - I highly recommend looking around."

"I've lived here for one month and I've got to say I'm impressed! Zeke and Daniela run this property very well. My apartment is perfect, the building is always clean, the maintenance has been great and both of the gentlemen are very nice and know exactly what needs to be done if you have a problem. Downtown living on the Beltline with a pool with endless food and drink options AND this is a big deal for me the parking is GREAT, you can't find that in a building down here. Zeke and Daniela have made me feel welcome and it's just good vibes here"

"I love living at Ayla. Danny and his leasing team were fantastic through the leasing process, and they continue to show their tenants love even after moving in. The Apartments are well secured, I never have issues finding parking and the actual apartment is in fantastic shape. Also, you cannot beat the area. Having the sunbelt in our backyard and an abundance of local restaurants to choose from is amazing!"
