"Great maintenance team! Dexter and Nate came the same day I requested a maintenance order for my leaking toilet. The management didn’t have the necessary parts so Dexter and Nate came back the next day to get the job done as they promised! They addressed all the issues I had promptly and professionally while going out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of, thanks again Dexter and Nate!"

"They have roaches!! They desperately need pest control!! The trash has been collecting in the shoot for days now. The elevator is too slow (only one per building) and the stairway STINKS!! The carpets in the hallway haven’t been cleaned in years so it’s smelly too! They don’t give you a key card; access to all buildings is through an app so if your phone dies then you’re locked out!. The maintenance is worthless. Your guest have to pay for parking or they’ll be fined but the parking guys have no record of who’s guest VS. a resident, so residents will be fined too if you park in the guest parking (because if your phone dies you can’t get into the resident parking). Your neighbors will be college students so they’ll play music for the whole neighborhood at all hours of the night. It’s just a hot mess over here!! But the apartments are nice sizes and great layout with only minor issues and the view is nice."

"I’ve been a resident of CV for over a year now and cannot wait till I am able to move to a better environment. For future interest, please spend your money and efforts elsewhere. While the location is great for downtown living and the rooftop view is one of the best, it’s not enough to overlook what this complex fails to compensate for. The community is very young so there’s always some kind of noise disturbance being reported, the security and maintenance of the property is at most a 5/10, and the leasing consultants are inconsistent with their ability to help or even care to provide decent customer service. I’m confused as to where the high google rating is coming from."

This apartment complex is also in a very great location — very close to downtown Atlanta, Martin Luther King Jr. historical sites, running/biking trails, an iconic view of Atlanta’s skyline, and more. In-unit laundry hook-ups. Balconies attached to each unit."
