"Friend stayed here, this place is trash. And the staff are terrible. His truck was broken into more than once. He tried setting up cameras to monitor his truck and the staff told him he couldn't do that. It is a haven for Criminals and drug addicts Do not stay here. Especially if you are in the military, you be taken advantage of and discrimated against"

"Update from my review from last year: I've lived here for over a year now. I moved here in 2021 and I love it! The complex is located in a quite, peaceful area. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any issues I may have. Highly recommended place to lease. So far my experience here has been great! My move in process was seamless and I’m looking forward to this chapter in my life. Assistant Manager, Summer, has been a tremendous help to me as well."

"The apartment is so spacious, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the location is incredible, and the maintenance staff are quick and professional. I have lived here for a couple months and I can honestly say this is the best living arrangement I have ever had. I have brought in everything I own and I haven’t even filled up half the room in my apartment. The rent is incredible for how much value and space you receive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!"

"Updating my review as we have moved due to military orders. As we are getting ready to leave, the property manager calls us explaining that we are going to be charged for carpet replacement due to our carpet being “very dirty”. We were in our apartment for two years, and of course the carpet won’t be pristine, however there were no rips or tears or anything outside of normal wear and tear. They claimed they attempted to clean it, however we were unable to verify that information due to us having to move to our next duty station. She stated they are charging us $870 for new carpet that they we knew they were going to put in the unit anyways, because we had been there long enough to see it happen. We figured they were keeping our security deposit and were not expecting that back, but to expect a whole months rent over some new carpet is insane and greedy. In addition, we never received an invoice from the carpet installers verifying the dollar amount of the work, but instead received a random bill from Greystone just saying that it costs $870. They are very nice when you are moving in, but they will try to squeeze every dollar out of you on your way out, especially when they know you are moving across the country. Apartments are old and rundown, foundation was constantly cracking as well as doors not even closing properly due to the apartment “settling”. Walls are paper thin, and you can constantly hear your neighbors. They also tried raising rent and charging for trash, even though you have to take your own trash to the dumpster. Seems as if they got a little greedy with their tenants. We love it here! We are very happy with how quiet it is and how we know all of our neighbors and interact with them regularly. I wish our apartment was all hardwood and was a bit more updated in terms of appliances and new paint, but for the price point we are happy with it."
