"Please tell your fire safety inspection people to leave things as they were. Doors are closed for a reason. My cat got into my bedroom and ate my hamster. That aside, this used to be a really nice place to live. Not sure what happened but it's gone downhill. The only thing going for it is the surrounding area but that's not even of their own bragging rights. Gate is always broken. Trash valet is inconsistent. Cobwebs all over the stairwells. Maintenance is unresponsive and will mark tasks completed when it hasn't been. I used to feel lucky to live here but now in the second year here, I can't wait to move."
"I used to love living here, but the past few weeks have grown extremely dissatisfied with the conditions that Waterstone has allowed us to live in. Maintenance has been highly unhelpful with our issues. We have a leak coming from our ceiling, and no one seems to want to fix it or has effectively communicated a repairs process to us. We our now forced to live with a giant hole in the ceiling, worsening water damage, and no solutions in sight."
"My wife and I relocated from other state last year. We found this place. It looks pleasant, quiet, buried in woods, well maintained. The management people of the Apartment are extremely friendly, eager to help with any issues we have. The maintenance team responded our requests promptly and fixed any problems we had. Stayed here less than a year, we noticed that the Apartment has held multiple activities such as breakfast, Halloween party, foot truck, etc.. Many thanks to the Apartment Team! You've definitely done a great job!"
