"We have lived in this community for over 6 years now and it has had its ups and downs throughout different management and property managers. This area has always been a quiet area which drew our family into moving here, however it has gotten less quiet since new people have been coming in and out plus the number of new businesses being built around the area. I would recommend this place since it has been very much affordable for some of the years we have been here and very close to schools."

The manager of the apartments, she is such a sweetheart and always working with the people who live here and she’s always looking for way to interact with the people here. The maintenance people are so kind and on top of their job. They work fast and these apartments are really nice and worth the price ♥️"

"I have been a resident since 2015 and very content with this complex. The leasing office staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are quick to respond to any issues and work very hard to keep the complex clean and our apartments in working condition."

"I enjoy the staff. There are plenty of apartment complexes in the area with similar Floorplans, search around. I moved in 3 months ago. The garbage valet comes when they feel like it, not in the time outlined in the lease and that's if the come at all. Today the fire department and maintenance let me know that there are some faulty smoke detectors in the units. This will cause all the smoke detectors in your unit to go off for NO REASON. There was a key fob issue that resulted in access to the gym, laundry and pool during office hours only. This seems to have been resolved for the pool and laundry but, I'm still not able to access the gym. At this time, I have no review of the gym. I will show pics of an issue that's been an issue since the very 1st day I moved in, if im able to. Trash just accumulating from neighbors letting it pile up outside their unit, causing an odor often. The staff is polite. So far, I haven't had an issue with the staff at all."

She has gone above and beyond for my humans and I to give us a great Experience here at Ballantyne Commons! We renewed our lease when Ms. Alyssa became property manager because of all the great things she is doing! If you are in search of a new property come see Ms. Alyssa and her Amazing Team!"
