"Let me start off by saying how wonderful Sandra your leasing office manager is Sandra displayed excellent customer service as well as exemplary problem solving skills when handling our move, days before our move and exceptional service the day of our move. As issues arose that could hinder our move in time, she reassured us, gave us great options, ultimately arranged where we could move in at the time we originally scheduled. We are confident in believing anyone other than Sandra could not have accomplished what she did for us as well as handle the challenges that arose in such a professional matter . She was warm, reassuring, knowledgeable of such matters and handled everything with tender love. My wife and I were amazed with all she did to make this happen for us as well as the little details she personally handled so that we would love our new place. She worked so hard , but in the end , we were so pleased. A minor issue was brought to her attention and she’s already handling that. We want to end by saying that we thank God he put Sandra to aid us in our move and she is definitely the gold standard in customer service and professionalism.
