"They have allowed our apartment to flood multiple times. Despite more than 5 maintenance requests - followed up by bare minimum "fixes" we now have sewer overflow throughout our entire first floor. Everything ruined. Also, they are unavailable over the weekend, so hope you don't have any needs during your times off."

The front office staff here are prompt, professional, and very reasonable. They treated us well before we signed a lease, and were super accommodating in making our move in experience the best that moving can be. We have been working with Richard, who is not only a great employee, but an awesome and understanding person who is always willing to go the extra mile for the tenants.
