"There's a lot good about this place honestly. The people are quiet and respectful mostly. The lake is beautiful. Butnthe management practices are HORRIBLE. Their whole goal is making your life as inconvenient as possible. A little late on rent or have a fee, theyll block your portal and make you have to go get a cashier check. WHY are you making this harder for me? Is your car broken down and you dont have money to fix it, too bad not their problem they'll tow it and will barely work with you. also if your neighbor moves out they'll leave the place to rot for MONTHS and wont address it until they think someone wants to rent it so they can make money. They also took our garbage dumpster away with no explanation and now my side literally has to walk all the way to the furthest one. If you work here and youre reading this then i live in 143 you know who this is. And I'm not taking it down cause everything I wrote is 100% true. I do NOT recommend living here."

"I took a tour of the apartments and the staff and management were lovely. When I was scheduling the appointment, the was staff was patient and helped set up a date and time. During the appointment, they had information ready to hand out and were very informative. Thank you so much for your time Anelly! P.S. Witness the dumbest cat of my life. 10/10 tour"

"It’s okay but there’s dark things that happen here especially the residents, my father and I have reported multiple times that there are people hurting the wildlife here especially the ducks and gooses, baby ducks are motherless and fatherless, few people here kill ducks and eats them, children throwing rocks at wildlife, garbage thrown in the lake, and management does nothing but let this continue. People here also hunt them with guns and leave fishing wires on the ground which my dog has got tangled on before on her feet. If you love and care for the wildlife and if you live here and see people do this please report them."

"Very janky place of business current resident here. The bang in your door like the police when the rent is 4 days late. The maintenance man locks the gym so only his girlfriend can use it. They don’t fix equipment in the gym. 3 Pools in the neighborhood only one is open 1 day a week."
