"Front office is great, very responsive and accommodating! Location is great close to everything. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Any issues I’ve had have been handled properly by management. Only con is I recommend paying rent with a serperate checking account as rent can sometimes take up to 5 business days to process after the first of the month. Other than this 5 stars."
"Loved living here for the last two years UNTIL it was time for me to move out. I am a soon to be physician and will have to move out a month early from when my lease ends and I tried negotiating with management about ending my lease early with almost 90 days notice. I even offered to forego my security deposit. According to the Georgia Landlord-Tenant Handbook, "If you abandon the unit or terminate the lease early without the landlord’s permission, the landlord does not have to find another tenant or allow another person to lease the unit. Unless the lease says otherwise, the landlord can allow the unit to remain empty and hold you responsible for rent through the end of the lease. This rule applies unless the landlord accepts your leaving." This means that the landlord is refusing to accept the reason for me leaving, even though I have a more than reasonable reason for why I have to. I have never caused issues in my two years of living here. This is how they treat their residents who are public servants. Who risked their lives the last three years fighting the COVID pandemic. Extremely disappointed in them and will not be recommending this apartment complex to any healthcare providers."
"Lived here for a couple of years. The management, front office staff, and maintenance team were all reasonable and easy to work with. I didn't experience many issues in my time there, and when I did, they were resolved quickly. I was even notified once when a rent payment was taken out of the wrong bank account that had insufficient funds and was able to resolve that without hassle. The apartment unit was spacious, especially for the price, and the location gives you easy access to I-85, I-75, and GA 400. However, the area has gotten less safe in the past few years, and I felt a bit claustrophobic being surrounded by busy roads (including an interstate next to the complex). Perhaps things will improve when the Beltline finally comes to this area?"
"The front office staff and maintenance crew are great, but management is questionable. I was traveling out of town and was one day late on rent and had to pay a $100 late fee that they wouldn’t waive. Rent was due on the first and I paid on the second. My apartment is nice and spacious but many of my things were non functional and/or out dated upon move-in. They still are: I’ve been putting in requests just slowly making progress towards getting this apartment correct. The front gate has never worked for a week straight and that’s supposed to keep us safe. On top of that sometimes when the gate does work you are unable to buzz in guests. On top of that, we just received word that our mail has been on hold for a week. This is probably because the locks on the mailboxes are so old that when you go and check your mail you see about 5-10 boxes wide open. The water is turned off frequently. All of this and we don’t get credit back for rent even though you will get charged for the slightest inconvenience. For what they charge in rent and without having any flexibility you would expect just a little bit more consistency. Pros: The people who live here are nice, the location is perfect, and the front office staff and service workers are great. This place is best for people who are quiet and want to live next to the city, but I will not renew my lease unless there are changes."
"771 Lindbergh was my first apartment, and if it were not for a job opportunity elsewhere, I would have stayed. The rent was affordable and the staff was extremely friendly, they quickly learned my name and which unit I lived in. The maintenance there was prompt. During the office operation times, if I submitted a request they maintenance was there the same day and usually within a few hours. Otherwise they would arrive early the next day. The grounds and pool were always clean. This is a great spot, within walking distance, though I preferred biking, to public transportation. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to a friend."
