"Not safe at all , multiple homeless people have been found sleeping throughout the building, and even vacant units. The management has done very minimal work to fix this . Sorelle also has no amenities they advertise on the website. No business center , barely vallet trash, the building is constantly filthy . Theres literally loads of dog feces right in front of the building near garage they won’t even keep the front of the building clean ."

"This is solely based off of my tour experience. Rod was amazing during our tour. He was very knowledgeable & he went above and beyond. He was the only one available at the time & he held his own nicely. This team is blessed to have someone like him here!"

"Gerrod was fantastic. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent. The process was a bit prolonged, but even through our extensive process, he was there every step of the way with reassurance and a dedicated work ethic. I haven’t had any experience quite like this in the Atlanta apartment market, so I appreciate him! Kudos to Brandon for his welcoming demeanor as a whole, but Gerrod is definitely the guy to talk to when you walk in and need something done!"

"Beckie was so polite and great to work with!! I could tell she was very knowledgeable about the complex and its features, and she was able to answer all of my questions, including the new guest parking rule ($10 a day). Brandon helped me quickly get a lease within a small period of time and offered me options to choose from when the unit I requested was unavailable at the time. He answered all of my questions about the application process and what my next steps were and showed me my unit upon move-in (which was very clean). Michael was so nice and helped me set up maintenance requests and answered my questions about how the community operates! I will warn you that all of the garage doors and side building doors are controlled through an app on your phone (no key fob) so make sure you have a charged phone with you! I have a couple friends that live here and am very familiar with the prior issues Sorelle has experienced with its residents in the past. New management took over in September 2023, and I am very interested to see how this new team handles its challenges! I will be back for another review after my first few months living here, but I just wanted to say I had a pretty smooth application/move-in process!"

"Rude, inconsiderate and noisy neighbors. Cars and apartments got broken into and didn’t receive any email from management. Management never responds to emails. NOT a SAFE place to live. Please choose a different apartment if you are single or have kids. Cons: 1. Security guard just sits at the gate. He is not aware of what’s happening. 2. Fire alarm goes off all the time which is very annoying and disturbing. Management don’t send out any explanation email on what happened or when the issue has been solved. 3. Mailboxes are broken or tampered with. 4. During summer time, pool is closed half of the time. I haven’t seen any pool water being changed for 2 summers. 5. Shady people scoping at your apartment and caught on “ring.” Be careful if you live by yourself as this apartment has history of theft and burglary as well as people getting shot at. 6. People leave their trash on the hallway and parking entry/exit door. 7. During holiday, the water pipe burst but I wasn’t able to contact any emergency team. Didn’t have water and didn’t know what was going on that evening. This apartment safety measures and maintenance emergency is a red flag."
