"I was considering moving here but after running into a tenant (thanks Cherry) outside of the leasing office and learning that her car has been broken into 3x and the leasing office has been dismissive to her and told her the security cameras don’t actually work - I am not considering this place anymore and advise everyone to avoid this place!! Cherry also showed me videos of the security guards hanging out and sleeping on the job in the evenings."

"Helios is a joke. The office don’t have a clue what goes on at night. The gate is closed during the day while the office is open but the security they pay to secure the premises leaves the gate open so they can leave at night. Also, security just lets anyone in whether they live here or not. All the door are broken so the homeless walks right in. The homeless lives here for free while we pay rent. The office management staff is horrible. They don’t care about the concerns. Elevator in garage hasn’t been working for months. Making it difficult to move anything out. Landscape is over grown, packages gets stolen because the doors are accessible to criminals. And we pay for fobs and controlled access. Tenants need a refund. Run don’t live here. It will save your life and money in the long run to read reviews. People have been shot, someone has died, and maintenance request doesn’t get fixed. Lived here for 10 months with no dishwasher, mold buildup (see photos) but appliance are all suppose to be functional when you move in right!"

"Looked at a apartment Nov 3rd loved the apartment. Leasing lady with the golden blonde hair said she would send me the information. Got nothing, called on Nov 7th spoke with someone and she said she would send me the information and still haven't received anything. I like the location and again the unit was gorgeous. But people in the leasing office and very unprofessional so I'll just keep looking for another apartment. Thanx for nothing Helios apartment"

"Two shootings in two years? When was your last "physical security assessment" ? For months my friend filed concerns about safety, the parking deck gate, dog park, mailroom, vagrants, AirBnB customers, vehicle break ins, broken corridor doors...and all you did was be rude, curse her out and say "we is working on it ". Now someone is dead. God does not like ugly. See you in court."

"In addition to Helios being a beautiful complex, Stephane made the entire process of touring, applying, and moving in so easy and pain-free. She is extremely communicative, warm, and ensured I had a seamless move-in. I am very happy with my experience here. Update: there doesn’t seem to be any consequence for residents who don’t clean up their dog’s poop. There is always a ton of poop on the property inside and out. Nowhere is safe to walk and it is extremely frustrating to wake up to new piles of poop everywhere. I wish there was action taken against the inconsiderate residents who do this but the problem just gets worse and worse. For as much as rent is, there is no reason I should walk off the elevator and almost step in a pile of dog poop. This issue has definitely decreased my overall happiness here."
