"Just recently finished a year lease with my girlfriend and it was quite the year to say the least. I can’t possibly blame the property mangers themselves for all the car break in’s and random strangers creeping thru windows(all I’ve seen with my own eyes). The officer didn’t seem to ever be around when truly needed. The icing on the cake was someone legit being killed directly behind our home, with bullets hitting my porch and even one flying thru my bedroom window above my bed. The most accommodation we got was a few extra days to be late on a full rents payment. It took the staff ATLEAST one month to even get our window fixed! That cold draft was not fun at all lol. Honestly wouldn’t recommend post ridge, though the people are nice and can be understanding it is undoubtedly a headache."
