"WORST EVER! I travel professionally & this by far is the worst ****hole I've ever had the misfortune of being trapped in. (not counting jail) The address is wrong. The NAME is wrong Oyo? Phoenix Inn? Hell? Who knows? I book a room via the telephone with a customer service rep in India. Pay $55. Get here and the very rude desk clerk says it will be $70. No reason given other than "our policy." So I ask to cancel the room. He said I have to call the same "local" number (not a 1-800 number) he couldn't issue a refund. Another person in India tells me it will be 7 to 14 biz days before I am refunded. I don't have $ for another room anywhere else so I am forced to pay the extra $15 or stay nowhere. It takes 30 mins to finally get a key. THERE ARE NO PILLOWS, no phone, no remote, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner, NO TOWELS, no washcloths, NO TOILET PAPER, no tissues, the sink has no running water and the smell is awful! I told the man at the front desk only about the pillows (before I discovered everything else was also missing) and he DIDNT BELIEVE ME until I showed him a picture on my phone! After 10 minutes waiting outside he said he didn't have the key to get me any pillows and asked me to sleep on my hands! Saying "there will be some pillows in the morning?!?!" Every room has busted windows or bullet holes, there are NO electrical outlets to charge my phone, no wifi and there are numerous rudely worded signs everywhere suggesting that all customers smoke weed in the rooms and threatening $750+ charges if there is "weed smell" upon checkout ...well, it smells like someone just smoked in here as soon as I walked in and I'm a daily cigarette smoker! Pictures warning against *backing into* 0arling spaces and threatening tow?!?! Top to bottom this place IS AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!"

"This place is absolutely filthy. They also refuse to give a refund even though we didn't stay. The first room had stains on the bed and pillows. The second room had roaches and was just plain dirty. None of the lamps worked, nor the tv. We left and slept in our car. I want a refund!!!!!"

"The stay with this hotel has been great and suitable to my children and I. The young lady at the desk always makes sure my children and I have fresh coffee. Great attitude and always pretty! The other gentleman that works upfront is always friendly and jokes with my children. Very accommodating and understanding. The staff will pick my trash up sometimes. I always have fresh clean towels and sheets. If something is broken or needs to be fixed. It gets done, the same day, the same hour. The good has outweighed what some other people considered bad. I have appreciated this place and it’s staff. It is what you make of it. Keep a good and respectful attitude and these people will be great to you. If something needs to be done, ask and you will receive! Remember, be kind!!!!"
