"Actually a lovely place to live. It took a moment to get adjusted to the size of the houses, but it's very easy to clean and looks very cozy when organized. I actually think the size makes it homey. Additionally, it's not hard to have a good relationship with the landlord. All they want is for you to abide by the lease, and pay your rent on time. I've had every maintenance request fixed as promptly as possible, and they bring in outside companies that actually know what they're doing. Definitely my favorite rental so far."
"Drove in to see family, the pond was beautiful. Excellent idea for most of the cottages to face the pond. Gives a certain alone- ish. I say - ish because the cottages are about 10 to 15 feet apart in that area, it just doesn't seem to be crowded when you sit on your porch and look at the water."
"I'm so glad I didn't rent here. the place was awful, the cabins were small and didn't seem clean, the "apartments" were very close together, and the people seemed unfriendly."
"In the beginning it was great. A small place out of the way of city life all to myself. My dog loved walking around the lake and we were happy. Since the property manager has gotten a raise and hired someone to run the front office instead of being on site things have gone drastically down hill. The crime rate has always been moderately high on the property. In the last three months I was broken into twice. Neither time did I receive any assistance from the property manager. Instead I was avoided. This was my last straw."
"A picture as the saying goes "says a thousand words." However, this picture doesn't even come close to what these cottages/apartment look like. When I viewed the photo I thought , Oh, how pretty a small like home for me. Yesterday, I drove there to see for myself. I was shocked to say the least to see what could potentially be a beautiful place and landscape of quaint cottages. They were worn down, unkepted, need of repair and paint, care of the grounds in short a tremendous renovation is absolutely needed.. This was the outside I can only imagine how it must be on the inside. ... It made me sad... What a shame!!!"
