"This might be a great place to live, I dont know as I never moved in. I did however pay a deposit and am due a refund. I received a statement as well as a phone call saying that the funds would be sent to my current address within 10 business days. It is now nearly February 4th, nearly 30 DAYS, and I still do not have my refund. Additionally, I have made several phone calls and left many messages yet no one calls back or answers the phone. 2/1/24 update: I have called and sent an email to the enclosed address as request, and still no one answers the phone. Maybe I will get lucky and someone will call me back today. I hope so as my anxiety can't take much more of this."

"I recently just moved in and the move-in process was very quick . Literally took me a week . I stopped by and asked if they had availability and I was informed they did and asked could I take a tour and I was able to tour the property the same day . All of the employees helped / worked with me in some way . Mr. Barrett saw me the most though and even helped me when I was getting frustrated and overwhelmed . So far the neighborhood is actually quiet and everyone seems nice / helpful . When you have a problem just go to the front office and they do do their best to get the issue resolved quickly . I’d definitely recommended this place."
