"These apartments are a nightmare… and it’s the front desk staff that makes it horrible. They applied my payment to someone else’s apartment and tried to take me to court, but they dismissed the case cause they gave me keys without a lease being signed. They couldn’t find the lease I signed when asked… they was a nightmare"

"I moved into a new apartment after complaining about water damage in the last one. I get to the new apartment a month after I was told i'd be able to. Only to get into the new apartment with No working oven (no way to cook food at home). I also have no water as the pipes in the wall are busted and they have been aware of the issue for 16 days. So 16 days no water and 16 days with no oven. When trying to call the "home"office I get a voice mail and no return calls. I have started talking to a lawyer.."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! SCAM!! I applied in March, and once approved immediately gave my deposit. I was promised a move in date and signed a lease. When I showed up with a moving van to move in, they didn't even remember me and didn't have my apartment ready at all. I had already turned on my utilities and spent money on the commute. I was also told by the manager that I was not the only one! That another family was coming all the way from Texas and their apartment was not ready either. I had already switched jobs and all. I waited weeks and commuted back and forth, they still could not give me a move in date, so I finally just asked for my deposit back. Luckily I was able to find another place at short notice. It's now been 60 days, and they have still not given me my deposit back. I can not even get ahold of their new "management" just the woman in office (Brandi or whatever)who pretends to not know anything. It's sad that I have to sue for my deposit now especially after all that they did."

"I moved to this property in November of 2019 and I absolutely love it! The staff is fantastic, the property stays clean and I don’t have to wait long for maintenance requests to be fulfilled. The community is nice, quiet and safe. You will not be disappointed if you decide to move here. You can literally talk to any member of the staff and they will assist you. Thank you Kanisha for always going above and beyond for the community and I! Thank you Dre for being a rockstar maintenance guy and completing all requests in a timely manner. Thank you Kayla for being an amazing property manager! You are the best!"
