"UPDATE FROM ORIGINAL BELOW: So today, July 5th I received an email from a collection agency trying to collect a debt from this health hazzard complex from when we moved out May 31, 2023. Funny thing is Bridlewood NEVER sent us a breakdown of what we owe them money for. They went straight to collections. As stated below in my original review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH ORIGINAL: Sadly 1 star is the lowest rating i can give. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH. This complex is a scam and complete garbage. Water heater floods the apartment and required the carpet to be cleaned. Management lies to say we caused an sewage issue and charged us for the carpet cleaning. The vendor hired to clean the carpet doesn't finish the job and leaves the carpet untacked to the floor. This causes further damage to the carpet when we tried to vacuum. So much so that we had to pull the carpet out. What does management do next, they lie AGAIN and charged us for the same section of carpet claiming it was damaged by our pets. After the water heater flooded the apartment, we told them mold had started to grow from behind the base boards, maintenance shows up and just spray paints over the mold. Our master bedroom closet has water leaking from the roof and behind the walls. Management has ignored this health hazard for MONTHS. You also pay for water and trash monthly. On top of that they charge an additional mandatory fee for valet trash pick up even if you're a grown up and can take your trash out yourself."

"Terrible place to live I want to contact the corporate office but the people in the front office refuses to give me their number. Problems never get solved water always gets shut off and the email you hours after about it. Leasing office is very rude and speaks to you like your a child anytime you have a problem. Unorganized I sent 2 emails and signed I physical copy and they still can not find my paperwork. The trash company NEVER picks up my trash and everytime I complain I get brushed off by the leasing office. I’ve had a very terrible leasing experience with this company and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!"

"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! When I first moved here it wasn’t too bad but as of lately I have had numerous issues ranging from leaks coming from upstairs to roaches every time I turn around.Half of my power goes out every other day due to bad wiring and my refrigerator does not work so I have to throw out my groceries. I hate it here and I would encourage anyone to run if you are considering moving here. The maintenance and office staff are trash and do not attend to these extreme living conditions. The property is a complete joke and most definitely overpriced."

"This is the most honest review I ever did! Do not move here! I’m in the process of trying to terminate my lease early. It is RIDICULOUS that the water gets cut off with NO WARNING almost every other day. The last straw for me was on Mother’s Day I’m in the middle of a shower and the water turns off! I didn’t get no phone call, email, letter on my door NOTHING. For people to pay RENT out of their HARD EARN MONEY it’s very inconsiderate! Another thing that was LOW DOWN this happen on a Sunday. The leasing office is close so they know nobody can’t contact them. The people in the leasing office I bet they was taking a nice hot shower on Mother’s Day. They don’t have to deal with the water being turned off. They don’t care but when it comes to rent being paid they want that money on the FIRST. I hate that this new management has taken over. The old management things was taken care of and it was clean. Old management turned the water off once but they TOLD us but it was only one time! AND another thing it’s a pest problem here too. I hate living here and I’m ready to go! I rather pay somewhere higher then to deal with this. They are building some NEW apartments in conyers and I will be heading over there."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Service is TERRIBLE! Literally. Property randomly changed management in the middle of my lease w no warning other than the goodbye email we received informing us the property was under new mgmt. ever since then you can’t contact anyone in the office. Phone or in person. Trash hasn’t been picked up in months (keep in mind all of the holiday season trash) it looks like a dump. Trash all over the property. Burned up leasing office. Water is turned off due to “plumbing issues” every 3 weeks. They haven’t kept the grounds in months. Whole establishment is a scam. WHERE IS OUR RENT MONEY GOING!?!?! This picture isn’t even the most recent it’s 1000x worse now."
