"I’m lady at front desk isn’t friendly at all… she charged me $25 extra for my cat (which is normal) but she put me in the room right next to the office… she told me I couldn’t stay more than 2 days… I think she racist really and it’s crazy cos Indian people are BLACK!!! Me and this lady is the same skin tone. If y’all think I’m wrong let me know but you’re either pet friendly or not pet friendly. She’s clearly not pet friendly so I hope the owner see this and understand that she let me stay 2 days with a pet… I’m a paying customer and couldn’t stay more than 2 days so was she pocketing the extra 25??? Did she keep it a secret from y’all? Is this her side hustle?"

"I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. The room was HORRID, HORRIBLE, NASTY, UNCOMFORTABLE, NOT FULLY EQUIPPED, ETC....WASTE OF MONEY, POINTS, TIME, ENERGY"

"Photos did not match the actual hotel. Dirty, smelled terrible, guy at front desk was super rude, gave us a room next to a room with heavy construction going on. How can you rest after a long flight with hammering on the walls all day? Stairs are dangerous and easily trippable. No amenities, obviously filthy. We fled to La Quinta next store. It feels like paradise in comparison. Go to La Quinta!"

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I left my boyfriend in charge of the reservation and was immediately turned of when I arrived at the location. The front desk attendant had a nasty attitude and was not willing to help. When I got to the room there was a foul smell of cigarettes. The covers on the bed were HEAVILY stained, the lamp shade look like it had blood on it, the pillows were deflated, the shower curtain that was once white had turned brown, and there were no clean towels. when I told the front desk worker about the room, her only reply was that it had passed the 10 minute mark. After 10 minutes you can not get your money back. I felt extremely unsafe and I intended to stay 5 nights was unable to do so due the the disgusting conditions, I only stayed that first night. The only good thing about this hotel is that, I’m guessing the manager, was helpful when it came to giving me a refund. Maybe because he knew of the conditions. Anyway, please do not stay at this hotel, save your money and your time."

"Don't let the pictures on the website fool you. The rooms aren't nothing like the photos. Worst Hotel EVER, what a dump. Hair in the tub, on the floor. Only thing good about the stay was the shower head. No furniture in the room, building look like a crack house inside the rooms. The funny part is the son is driving a new expensive BMW and the Hotel look a HOT MESS!!!!"
