"Appears that renovations were done and the room (302) I had was nice. I stayed for less than twelve hours, so it was just a single overnight stay. What was an issue was the drainage - it was very slow to drain in the sink and the bathtub of room 302."

"It was clean. It wasn't luxurious but it was decent and clean. Breakfast sucks! But I was very comfortable in my room. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. If you plan on only using your room to sleep give them a try. It's affordable and comfortable. Cleanliness is my main thing. The bed was very comfortable too. Refrigerator and microwave works great. Room attendees are very nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again."

"Got completely harassed by the lady at checkin. After giving all information on my dog and after she took my payment she Cornered my service dog against a wall and started putting her hands in his face without permission. stating that he isn't a service dog because apparently he's not a golden retriever. He's actually a medical alert dog. She stood in my way in the lobby in front of everyone and demanded that I tell her my disability and his service. A bystander joined the conversation and tried to help explain to her that this is uncalled for. Only then, she stepped back, looked at me and said ok you can go through. What a complete embarrassment to everyone. The room was clean, the mattress is out dated, there's people lounging around all over the parking lot and the surrounding area is gross. Parking is a headache and the hotel is loud with slamming doors. It's over priced at members rate $130 breakfast area was decent and the grounds were well kept. I booked online. Next time I'll stay at Hampton or holiday inn. Personally I don't recommend"

"Great location. Room was ok. Bathroom door had water damage needed to be repaired. Room smelled stuffy. Little dissatisfied with check out process. If people are unfamiliar with your process and they ask questions. Don't give an attitude. Explain the process keep it professional. I will try a different hotel when I return to area."
