"Overall it’s a good place live. It’s a convenient location with lots of amenities. However, the low rating is a reflection of the new management’s desire to nickel and dime residents at every step. Rent has increased substantially, fees have increased and new ones added (there are now multiple “Administrative Fees”), and overall the service has declined and doesn’t match the price."

"I moved into Village of Almond Creek -/right before the Pandemic started 12/19 and everything closed down March 2020. My apartment was so cute and spacious for me. Gated —2bed rooms and two baths. I really thought it was going to be home for 4 or 5 years. So Many things was just —need to be replaced. Gate was always not working , and I hope they just make the necessary upgrades. I moved out with in 2 years. The appliances were out dated which caused the electric bill to increase to over $100 a month. There are a lot of trees so a lot of lizards, big bugs are present and I believe old kitchen appliances played a part as well. My hot water tank caught on fire while I was in the apartment and I had to call 911 and run out. Scary and of course they replaced it. I had to contact regional because I needed my carpet cleaned. Just ridiculous. I complained about the finance/AC unit multiple times before it caught on fire. The refrigerator leaked. Never would replace it. After two years being there during the pandemic and rent went up— I moved in 2021 December. Several of my neighbors moved out because of the old appliances, those big bugs and rent increase. No longer affordable when these things were not taken seriously. Comfort is important."
