"Staff were very nice and friendly. But no hot breakfast available both nights I stayed. Only coffee and bagels. And it was fully booked the first night that I had to park near the shed all the way at the back."
"The tub needed refinishing which made it look dirty… I wasn’t sure if it had been cleaned or not. and the towel rack fell down, the windows and curtains were dirty but the bed was clean and comfortable"
"It was disappointing to pay $200 a night yet they don't offer room services. The little restaurant didn't have any menus or offer decent meals, very limited bar choices and overall was not very accommodating to our needs. The location is horrible to get in and out of the parking lot. The employees were very nice they can only do so much because the hotel doesn't offer very much. The room was spacious, but the plug in placements are so spread out that you gotta go all over the room to get everything plugged in that you need. Also they have standing lamps that had no switch that we could find to turn off so we just had to unplug them at night. Overall I would not stay here again. This hotel was chosen by the organizers of a conference that we attended."
"We stayed just 1 night. It was a pleasant experience checking in, but there was no tv service. What was worse was that 1 of our beds was filthy! The sheets had not been changed and there was very nasty, let’s just say “dna” left on a tissue under the covers. We had to change the sheets ourselves as the hotel is short staffed. We were told that we would get complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. First we were told it was only for 2 and there were 4 of us. The complimentary breakfast was limited to just a couple of items on the menu. Needless to say, it was not a very pleasant stay."
"We had a great stay. Rooms were clean and had a lot of room and amenities. The staff was so nice and polite. Check in and check out was easy and quick. The on site restaurant allowed us to get dinner in a relaxed environment after a day of driving with our toddler. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful as well. We loved the booths with the tvs to keep our two year old happy while we relaxed for a bit. Would recommend and would stay there again."
