"When arriving found out the hotel was being remodeled was never informed asked to be relocated due to the condition of the hotel with the handicap mother refused to relocate me till the next day, so stayed in a room that was only half finished. Very bad hotel."
"Everyone coming here, read the reviews!!!! Please!!!! It is terrible and very unclean. The workers are very nice but the hotel itself is very dirty. Things were broken and we were not able to get a refund and they charged us $75 because things were already broken coming into the room. The hotel is under reservations and therefore no breakfast even though it is advertised. There is an extremely strong weed smell. Please do not stay here!!!!!"
"Unfortunately I was displaced due to the pandemic. I can't began to say in words how I was treated at this hotel by staff and management. My rights were violated and I was treated inhumane and it has left me with many scars. This hotel establishment needs emergency training in guest services, and human relations. I pray one day the owners can take pride in their business and treat parishioners fairly and also gain a working knowledge of the law would help! This is my fair acessment of my stay."
"Super disgusting rooms, the carpets are extremely dirty, it's like they never clean them .. they seriously should think of cleaning that with pressure wash. The hallway and lobby is all patched up, their breakfast are granola bars and a few orange juices or waters. I stayed there for an entire week and room services didn't even go, I had to call for them to go. Pool is not open, it's closed for "renovations". On my last night my air conditioner was not working and it was extremely hot in the room and they said they didn't have rooms and couldn't do anything about it, I asked for a refund which I was supposed to receive this week, I call today and now they are saying that they can't refund it, the manager has to refund it. !!Just don't stay here!!"
