"I would honestly recommend this complex to anyone. I was 1 of the first residents to move in this summer and I have NO complaints. I haven’t had maintenance issues, they keep the grounds and buildings nice and clean, and everyone in the front office is nice, accommodating, and know you by name. If not, definitely your face. I was already loving being here, but the icing on the cake was them remembering my son’s 6th birthday and leaving a balloon for him at our door. Jordan worked with me from the beginning and it’s a pleasure seeing her whenever I see her in passing. They respond quickly to issues and are transparent with their responses. Definitely the best complex!"

"I was completely dead set on living in Midtown but I was recommended the Populus Westside by my realtor and I am so glad she did! The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful! Andrea is the BEST! The apartments are brand new and conveniently located right off of 285. The apartments are spacious(especially the kitchen) I like the units are smoke free and I don’t have to deal with weed smoke billowing down the hallway. The amenities are great and I use the gym and business facilities often. I haven’t been here long but I can see myself living here long term! The only gripe is the entry gate, if you have a bigger car(like when I had a moving truck) that access gates comes down super fast!"

"I've been a resident at this apartment complex since June and wanted to take some time before sharing my honest review. Pros: 1. The leasing staff is both friendly and responsive to my needs as a tenant. 2. The staff is also great at keeping residents informed about community updates and events. 3. I frequently use the facilities, and they are consistently clean and well stocked. 4. The walls here are impressively thick, ensuring I hear very little from my neighbors. 5. The appliances in the units are up-to-date and in excellent condition. 6. The residents are a professional and respectful community. 7. The location is incredibly convenient, just 2-5 minutes from the 285 highway. 8. I love the music the leasing office plays daily. It makes the community feel lively and gives a positive vibe. 9. The built in wifi is pretty convenient. Cons: 1. As this is a new residence, there have been occasional issues with gate access. However, I believe these should be resolved as time goes on. Overall, I've had a positive experience living here, and I appreciate the efforts made by the management and staff to create a comfortable and enjoyable living environment."
