"Have been on section 8 waiting list and homeless for over 4 years. Was slow before covid. And now they are at a complete stand still. New workers every month. The new know less than the old. Which isn’t saying much. No one who knows anything in sight. Fall way Behind when compared to other housing authority in the area.! ATP you should be able to handle all business online. Or at least fill out an application. When it’s 100% ran by us. Complete disaster!!"

"I called almost in tears with no idea what I was going to do or where I was going to live, being disabled with children and the lady answer the phone and treated me great and her name was Kris and she stayed on the phone giving me numbers after number to check ,she went over my app. Before I left to make sure I had filled it out correctly The other lady in the office that gave me the app.was also very caring.these lady really care and do their jobs and give people hope.i cannt thank them enough.
