"Have been trying to contact about a booking for days and havenβt been able to get them to answer emails, phone calls etc. sad itβll take a bad review to get an answer from someone. Would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want your money stolen"
"I got a nasal infection after spending a couple of hours resting on my trip. This place should be closed for sanitary reasons, demolished, and rebuilt again. The A/C has never received a minute of maintenance, the smell and dirt all over the place were outstanding."
"The bathroom was filthy with mold on the tiling and very small the sink wasnt even in the same room as the toilet and tub smh my bf asked for towels and they were dengy a bunch of people kept standing around outside nexr to our room making a lot of noise it just wasn't a pleasant experience at all"
"Obviously they don't even remember who their customers are and I was just there last night. I never stayed in the room. I rented it and when I went to actually stay their was roaches. This man does not like or respect African Americans. Everyone else seems to be the problem. Not once does he apologize on his review response for his bad hospitality but instead he lies and tells people not to come again. I checked out the room on Friday but did not stay so him saying I stayed for two days and complained is a lie. And I am a woman not a man thank you sir. If you had more respect for your customers you would fix your errors instead of being rude and trying to blame them. The first thing as a owner is accountability. He did not give a refund he said he will give it to my Mom's friend who paid for it but I will be speaking to her today when I get to church. He should not be allowed to run a hotel in a predominantly black area if he does not like or respect them. But your willing to take their money. Definitely needs to check his attitude and do better. I pray he changes his ways because that is disgusting behavior for a owner to have."
