"I applied for my apartment back in June and did not get approved until the end of August. Melody and Michelle are very helpful, by letting you know everything you need to have to help the process go as smooth as possible. Best advice “Have patience “!!!! All of the units are beautiful. I hope the community will remain safe."

"I'm going to start off by saying, this is a real nice brand newly built complex. I applied for a 1 bedroom apartment back in early October and didn't hear back until 1 1/2 months later. I called them back in mid November to check the status of my applicationa and I was told by Melody that I was approved and to come in to fill out the hard copy but there was no units available. I waited 2 weeks then called back and spoke with LaKeshia and she also told me I was approved and to come in and fill out the hard copy. I went in and filled out the app and was told by Paul that it was a waiting list. I did the application anyway in hopes that they were lying about the waiting list. LaKeshia had me to submit all my personal info such as banking info, birth certificate, soc sec card, I.D, life insurance and check stubs. At that point, I felt like my luck was changing for the good. December 3rd I was called in to sign an affidavit stating I miscalculated my income. December 10th I emailed LaKeshia to get an update and she asked me to come in and bring my RTA housing voucher. I did just that cause at that point I knew I had a unit. December 17th I called back to check the status of the RTA submission to housing and was told that the unit was already rented to someone who applied before me. I was just dead at that point. Bad customer service and I will not recommend this place. I wasted my time, energy, money and gas all for nothing. I will also see about filing legal actions. I feel discriminated against."

"I called on a Friday about a 3 bedroom availability I was told yes they had 3 bedrooms still available and to apply. Called Monday to check my status I was told I was approved but they didn’t have any 3 bedrooms. Called back a week later was told to come and do a hard copy app so I did. Don’t know know what’s next just upset when we are told different things. But Melody was nice and helpful though. I do hope they reach out to the people who are waiting for an answer to move. I just hope nobody bring their roaches with them lol these apts are really nice. I hope I get a unit number and a move in date soon. Fingers crossed prayers up."
