"If you are looking for a luxury apartment complex, this may not be your cup of tea. However, what I have experienced here knowing it was a good value apartment in a great area, exceeded my expectations. I’ll start by saying the complex manager and the head of maintenance are the reason my husband and I have had a great experience. Almost every single weekday they can be seen in the office or walking the premises maintaining the buildings or property. They are quick to respond and excellent at communicating with their tenants. Maintenance issues are dealt with pretty much immediately and are completely resolved. One Saturday, our AC unit had shut down for some reason. It was really hot, but we contacted the manager and he sent the head of maintenance to us immediately and it was resolved that day. Otherwise, the apartments themselves are fair. Great price for the space but again, don’t expect a brand new, stylish apartment. Also happy to say that there were almost no pest incidents. Saw a roach maybe twice throughout the entire year living here. If you’re looking in the Little 5 points area, I would highly recommend considering Station Square Apartments."
"Definitely a terrible place to live the office manager will work with you but is rude especially to non foreigners the roads are torn up definitely a great view if you like watching homeless people sleep by the transit the schools in this zone are terrible the worst place to live especially if you paying your hard earned money definitely don’t waste your time them other reviews ain’t lying"
"not worth the cost of stress. ended lease early during a pandemic because of one neighbor making noise complaints to wayne. could’ve been moved to a different unit and negotiated with a new neighbor, but management insisted on giving us a hard time and making us scramble to find housing. it would literally be perfect if it had dishwashers and if the management wasn’t terrible. UPDATE: management refuses to give deposit back still. Claims that there were damages but only after we pressed to get the deposit back, which is contractual. Don’t live here :)"
"Great location and fair prices. Apartment upkeep could be better, and most amenities are out-dated. Overall a good place for a first apartment, or minimalist renter."
"We are in building 1079 and have gotten no help for our numerous requests to have the furnace air filter replaced, closet door knobs fallen off the floors. The windows are very drafty so our electric bill skyrockets every month especially winter and summer. The maintenance man ("Bill") has said he was coming on one day to change the furnace air filter, and to also replace our fire extinguisher and to take measurements for installation of replacement new windows which are supposedly not going to be drafty, so because he promised to come on a certain date we made arrangements to kennel our dog for that date, but then with no explanation from Bill at all he just didn't show up on those days he promised and we were struggling to find out why he didn't come. Kenneling your dog is not simple. We could have allowed our dog to be comfortable in the apartment instead if he had just politely told us he would not be coming, but instead we have found ourselves very inconvenienced and very disappointed. We feel we are constantly calling, texting or emailing the leasing office but it feels like they just ignore us. I understand Bill is overworked -- he is just one employee doing maintenance for this very large apartment complex -- but still common courtesy says you should plan better, let people know if you aren't coming, apologize, and make it right by coming on time in the future. I live with my roommate / brother Daniel and his partner in building 1079 but they don't have a google+ account to place a review so I am helping them. Yes, it is true that the rent here is dirt cheap but we have learned our lesson the hard way: you get what you pay for, and if you pay dirt cheap then you will get dirt cheap service and dirt cheap maintenance. My recommendation: Save yourself the angst, disappointment, high electric and has bills, and just pay a little more per rent at a more reputable apartment complex. Not this place."
