"MY HUSBAND FELL ALL DUE TO THE MANAGEMENT NOT TRYING TO HELP FIX OUR WOODEN STEPS ( VERY OLD ) , THERE WAS A WHOLE STEP MISSING FROM THE 3RD FLOOR !!!!!!!!!!!!! HE FELL THROUGH AND HAD TO HOLD ON TO NOT DROP STRAIGHT DOWN .. WHAT IF IT WAS A CHILD , ( GOD FORBID )THAT BABY WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN HERE LUCKILY HE WAS ABLE TO GRAB ONTO SOMETHING !!!!!!!MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN OUT OF WORK FOR THIS , LEASING AGENT AT THE OFFICE ( DOESN'T DO NOTHING BUT TELL ME SHE DOESN'T RECIEVE MY PICS OF THE DAMAGES IN AND OUTSIDE OF OUR APT AND OF MY HUSBAND INJURIES !!!!!!!!!! SHE ALSO DOESN'T WANT TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE CORPERATE NUMBER EITHER, MY HUSBAND IS AT HOME HURT AND YET IM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE."

"The location is awesome! Walking distance to almost anything you need, and easy access to public transportation. There is always enough parking. You you are close to mostly anything you would want to do in the Atlanta area because it is right off of 85. I have two little ones so we love the great playground right on the premises and the wonderful dresden park right next door. This apartment complex truley has a neighborhood feel and is family friendly. There is a grill and picnic area for cookouts, small soccer pitch and a fun dog park. Also maintenance has always been really friendly and responsive to any problems with have. The buildings are older so that's the only downside. But I like the character of the place! We have lived here for 10 years. Management is really helpful and tries their best to offer residents a wonderful home."

"Whenever it rains the carpet and kitchen gets socking wet. The apartment building stairs are dangerous they could break any moment, they never have lights inside the buildings so it's dark, the apartment building is infested with roaches. The maintenance guy comes and sprays every once in a while but they seem to always be more and more roaches. They never clean the carpet so it smells from the rain. They never come to fix broken things . And who ever is remodeling or doing touch ups needs to be fired. They do the job so sloppy, I feel bad for the owners if they could see the work they are paying for they would think a child did it. Also someone got inside my car too steal my daughter's baby seat. And other things I had."

"This place is horrible , Not safe at all. iligal activities all day long. People get shot. Mails goes missing, Children gets run over by cars. Do You self a favor and look for somewhere else. The managements in this office is the definition of rule people. They do not care about anyone beside their rent. Oh and if You are late they will charge You 200 extra even on the weekends . Parking lot has holes all over."
