"Edit: Updated from 1 star to 3 :) The leasing office sent cleaners back out to our unit and, while not spotless, the place looks MUCH better. They've also placed an order to replace the damaged doors throughout our apartment. We really appreciate the effort they've made to address our issues. I"ve never left a negative review in my life. This is our "cleaned" apartment for which we just today picked up the keys. Hair and unidentifiable gunk in the bathroom drawers. Dirty floors. Feces stains in the toilet. Trash on the balcony. Dirty, old toilet paper left on the sink. Shower doors unattached. Not to mention the holes punched in almost every single door throughout the unit. After sharing my concerns with management, I was told a cleaner has been through the place already, and that I can submit a maintenance request to have someone come reattach the shower doors. My husband works full-time and I am weeks away from giving birth and physically cannot do this level of cleaning, nor should anyone moving into an apartment ever be expected to do so. The model unit was beautiful and I'm feeling very duped. I would love to edit my review with a better score if this is resolved, though it has been hours and I have not been offered a resolution and my calls and emails have not yet been returned."

"Lived here for 2 years, really enjoyed it. Pretty quiet. Staff was nice, repairs were taken care of quickly. One of the golf staff even rescued a bird stuck in netting in a pond, which was cool. Moved due to change in employment. My only complaint is that I left my place pretty much immaculate with no damages, but got a measly $45 out of the original $250 deposit. So, live here, but don't waste your time cleaning before you leave."

"Not pet friendly. They say that to attract people in Auburn because many have pets, but they have many restrictions. Age, breed, weight, and the breeds they restict are the breeds that the humane society have. Then you can only have a dog or a cat other animals do not count as pets, but that is not listed on their site. So if you want a dog don’t get it from the local area. The staff is rude when they do not want to deal with what you are talking about. The community director is rude as well, she will cut you off before you can state your issue, and because of that provide the wrong response to an issue. The staff will irritate you because they do not listen before they answer, and they are bias towards who they enforce the rules on. They enter your apartment without a two day written notice, and often do not return calls when they are supposed to unless you are a new resident. Just live at the greens because they are not as rude, and willing to work with you unlike the fairways. The fairways will tell you there is nothing else you can do, even if there is, just because they are not in the mood. I believe a company is only as good as its customer service, and they do not know how to work with people when you have a complaint because they just assume you are rude even if you are polite."

"Really enjoyed living here. The staff is super friendly, maintenance completes requests in a timely manner, and the community is kept clean. The only reason I docked 1 star is because they would shut off the water at times for repair, but they do send an email letting you know when, which is probably unavoidable but a minor inconvenience if you're home during the shut off"

"The staff is always helpful and courteous. The only problem i have is with noise. The walls/ceilings/floors are extremely thin. I have made several complaints to the office about noise and all they can do is call the renter who is causing it and it only stops for about 20 minutes (above me). I have even contacted the corporate office and they did nothing but send me right back where i started, while i am miserable daily from the noise. I have rented several apartments over the last 7 years and i have never had noise problems like this even when i was living 2 blocks away from a campus. If you are not a college student and would like some semblance of quiet, do not rent here. It is not the offices fault but, who ever built the newer apartments apparently went CHEAP. I can't even get sleep at 3AM because i can literally hear everything the upstairs neighbor is doing. I would continue living here after my lease if it was not for this. Otherwise, the apartments and community and amenities are very nice."
