The neighbor is very nice they even had a bonfire with free food and great vibes. The management staff was great and helpful. "As a new resident of GA, I have to admit that Dwell is the first apt that gave me a welcome box! From the front office to the maintenance guys, everyone is professional and helpful! I moved in blindly, just going off of pics from the site and the apt was better than I expected! Spacious, modern & well kept. The granite counters are perfect, as they don't stain easily and are good for busting frozen ice/food. No rodent or bug issues, as maintenance guy sprays regularly. But the main reason why I'm giving the 5 stars is for the community. Dwell holds events at their property from block parties or a backpack giveaway and it presents great opportunities to meet other residents and a chance to know your neighbors! Not to many apts I know of that promotes residents getting to know each other, but i like it as it not only helps builds trust among neighbors but a peace of mind. If you're looking for a place that is more than just "business as usual" rental property, but one that actively supports and uplifts the community, this is the spot!"

"Me and may daughter have been living in this place for over 9 months and we like it. It's quiet and clean. Alex, at the landlord office, is being so kind and helpful, he always answers my questions and solves any inconvenience that we've had, and because he speaks Spanish, it's even better for me and for the Hispanic community and the communication is so much easier between each other. I have no words to thank him for his support and understanding."

"I hate to leave! Probably the best staff and place I’ve lived. The apartment is very nice and Alex has been an absolute gem throughout my entire stay. I initially wanted to move onto a different property but Alex worked with me and heard what i wanted and found me the best option and I loved it. Whatever issue I’ve had he’s gone above and beyond to fix or figure out. Evonna is also very talented at what she does and is an amazing resource to the community."

"I like the location in regards to mid and downtown and the pricing is good for the square footage. Apartment was clean when I moved in and the leasing office is responsive and professional. Haven't had any issues with crime. The walls are thin and you have to drive to the main complex to do laundry, but other than that is a solid, affordable complex. Good pet fee and gated."
