"Timing was good, but need a keyed lock for the bedroom for security purposes. They just put in a regular twist lock which only works if occupant is IN the room, not when away."

"Maintenance is decent. It has gotten much better since august but it’s still not amazing. My toilet has broke three times bc each times it’s fixed correctly. Also with the fridge. I’ve had my fridge replaced because they cannot fix it/figure out. What’s wrong with it. Now it’s my icemaker. They replaced a part, but that was not the issue, and they cannot figure it out and said I’d have to get a new ice maker. I feel like a little more training is needed for them to reach their full potential"

"Went for a tour. Loved the property and units! Very spacious and affordable! The leasing manager was knowledgeable, relatable, and friendly. The kitchen was my favorite part of the common area due to having lots of cabinets space. I favorite the downstairs bedroom C; it is tucked away from other roommates on the bottom floor making it more private :)"

"I enjoy my apartment, but there is very little security. Someone broke the window of my truck and there was no way to find the culprit. Also, there is no benefit for renewing. My rate from next year raised nearly $60 a month, and it was the same price for new renters. Other apartments in town will give you a better renewal rate than those who just sign a lease. It most likely would of effected my decision to renew had I know they don't value consistent renters. All in all I like my apartment and the amenities, but ever since the new Management took over it has gone downhill. I even had to put in a request to clean out a dog waste bin because it was overflowing for weeks. I'd have done it sooner if I had known I could of put in a maintenance request for it. They did respond quickly to the request thankfully, but it's a large property and a small work force to keep it on check. I'm not sure other places are much better but these are my complaints."

"RUN as fast as you can. Whatever you do, DO NOT live here. I have never left a bad review in my life but I have to warn other people. I still live here right now purely because I have nowhere else to go. To start, they have serious roach problems in most of the apartments, not enough maintenance staff while everything in the apartments (yes even the updated ones) constantly breaks, and the front desk is only nice or helpful about 15% of the time. They gave “cleaners” a key to my apartment without my consent, and acted super rude when I asked for the locks to be changed because I didn’t feel safe. When things started to go missing in my apartment, they wouldn’t name the supposed cleaning company they hired. Not to mention they tend to add random charges to my account so I have to constantly check that they aren’t overcharging me. They think they can get away with stuff like this because most tenants are college students, but it’s wrong and it needs to stop. The apartments seem like a good deal for a lot of space but please trust me it’s not worth sacrificing your peace of mind. The ONLY good thing about this place is the big parking lot."
