"Everything nice but Bathroom, Shower was hard to stand up in, sloped to much and the lid for toilet was broke so when u touched it, It Slammed down Very Loud.. Beds and Pillows super soft..."

"We had just checked in when the fire alarm went off. Fun times. Not the fault of the hotel - some guest set it off. We always get an accessible room. This was the first time we asked for accessible and the bed was extremely low and very difficult to get up. I am sure that would be great for someone - but it was the first time we had seen a very low bed. Bigger problem was the shower had scalding hot water that could not be cooled. We would stay here again but would be more specific about accessible needs and hope they fix the shower valve in that room."

"These guys rule! We drove out from Utah in our fire truck to help with the drought/wildfire situation in Alabama this Fall. I made a bonehead move and accidentally left my hotel bag on the grass by where we were parked. When we came back from Walmart my bag was nowhere to be found (my fault completely). I was pretty bummed and figured it was a goner. That bag had a lot of important and irreplaceable stuff in it! Anyway, as a last resort I asked one of the family members that ran the hotel if they could possibly search the security footage. Long story even longer, the Dad who was able to access the footage miraculously tracked down the goons who took the bag and went above and beyond to get my bag returned to the front desk. I was over the moon! Super impressed with the whole operation. They definitely didn't have to help me out. But they did. Bigtime. And I really appreciate it. Huge thanks, Sleep Inn Family! : )"

"Great staff. Stayed one night, they let me use the breakfast nook the whole rest of the day for meetings. Very accomodating. Rooms quiet & clean."
