"Since Haley management took over managing this property I’ve hated living here. Terrible customer service, maintenance puts a band-aid on any problems reported, and they came into my home unannounced for a “pet check” when I’ve had permission to have my dog the three years I’ve lived here. There’s also two older ladies that live in the complex that watch what you do. One of them yelled across the courtyard to tell me how my friend put my dog back into the apartment insinuating it was abuse. Now that I’m trying to move out I sent an email to Haley management on 9/17 giving them my 30 days with no response. Called the office and was told management is aware and will get back with me soon. Monday 9/27 i follow up via email because i still haven’t heard anything and still no response. 9/30 i call the office to get a move out checklist since i still haven’t heard anything from anyone and need to know move out procedures and now today 10/1 the office has emailed me saying I’ll be responsible for October rent because they require 30 days notice. What?! Seems to me that they waited to respond in order to get full rent out of me. Update: got an email with the lease agreement saying they require 30 days notice and the lease will terminate at the end of the following month-how convenient. DO NOT LIVE HERE."
"Like another reviewer, my car was towed illegally and it cost me about $200 to retrieve. It's clear that the apartments were converted from some other sort of space, especially in the bathroom, which is small and dark and poorly built. Also bugs and lizards are a problem on the whole property. My neighbors are noisy and I can hear everything they do."
"Lived here for a year and I loved it. It was perfect. Great price for a recently renovated interior with a fantastic kitchen. Staff is very friendly and quick to resolve any problems with your unit. Highly recommend for 1 or 2 person household."
"I'm overall very happy with my unit. Rent is a competitive price. The neighbors are always friendly, and no noise complains either. The kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops, the property manager is great with keeping us informed about what's going around the property. She's also very good at working with people in certainsituations. The pool is typically pretty clean, and the courtesy officer on site is comforting as well."
